- Motors of the DRM.. series can also be temporarily operated under voltage by another drive after which they can continue running at their own force
- Connection voltages and IP degrees of protection for our torque motors correspond to those of our AC motors
- Three duty cycle are available
- Duty cycle S1: 0.7 Nm to 3.6 Nm
- Duty cycle S3/15%: 2.6 Nm to 17.3 Nm
- Duty cycle S1 with forced cooling fan: 1.9 Nm to 8.7 Nm
DRM.. Series Torque Motors
The DRM.. is a 12-pole motor that is designed for operation with rated torque at standstill. This makes it the optimum drive for all applications in which a stop position is reached after a short movement and has to be maintained safely. Torque motor is the usual designation for motors of this type.
At SEW-EURODRIVE you will find the right motor for various requirements and speeds together in one gear unit. This is because they offer every torque motor in three rated torques. Furthermore, the DRM.. is also constantly thermally safe and protected when the rotor is blocked.
